Integer Software, LLC is the manufacturer and software creator of Class Act. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Service. The Service is designed to surface class action lawsuits to users and direct them to the appropriate third-party websites to apply for such lawsuits if relevant to them. Neither Company nor Class Act provides legal advice.

9.3 California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

In compliance with CalOPPA, we agree to the following: users can visit our Site anonymously; this Privacy Policy is linked on our home page or at minimum on the first significant page after entering our website; our Privacy Policy link includes the word “Privacy” and can be easily found on the page specified above. Users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on our Privacy Policy page. Users are able to change their personal information by logging into their account.

9.4 Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers include a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature that signals to websites that a user does not want to have their online activity tracked. We currently do not respond to DNT signals. We will update this Privacy Policy if our practices change in the future.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information as soon as possible. If you believe that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information provided in Section 14.

The Service contains links to third-party websites, including class action lawsuit claims websites and claims administrator portals. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party. When you click on a link to a third-party website, you will be subject to that third party’s privacy policy and terms of use. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website you visit, particularly before providing any personal information to a third-party claims administrator or class action lawsuit website.

12. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information to the United States and process it there.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Privacy Policy on the Site and updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. We may also notify you by email if we have your email address on file. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
